Prof Paul is the founder and owner of Functional Gut. He is a Professor of Nutrition and has over 25 years of experience as a researcher, university educator, author, and clinician. Functional Gut is Paul's contribution to community members who live with dietary disease(s) and need realistic personalised treatments to help them enjoy life. As a dedicated researcher and a fearless patient advocate, Paul only uses the latest proven, evidence-based methods in his zoom and telephone appointments.
